Terms of Service

Renvo Works provides custom website design and development services across three packages: Starter, Pro, and Pro+. The specific scope — pages, languages, integrations, and features — is defined in the individual project contract signed by both parties.

Services are delivered remotely. All work is original and hand-designed/coded; we do not use templates, page builders, or AI-generated code as a substitute for craft.

What is not included

Unless explicitly listed in your contract, the following are not included in any package:

• Domain registration (you purchase and own this directly)
• Ongoing hosting fees beyond Vercel's free tier
• Third-party software costs (Stripe fees, Cal.com Pro, Tabby/Tamara, etc.)
• Stock photography licensing
• SEO retainer / paid ad management / social media management
• Ongoing content edits after the support window stated in your package
• Email marketing or CRM setup
• Mobile app development

Additional services are available as paid add-ons, quoted separately.

Payment is split across two milestones:

• 50% deposit — due on contract signing. Work does not begin until the deposit is received. This deposit is non-refundable once work begins at Day 2 (visual direction delivered).
• 50% on launch — due before we point your domain to the new site. The site will remain on a staging URL until the final payment is received.

Accepted payment methods: AED bank transfer, Stripe payment link (credit/debit card), Wise. We do not accept cryptocurrency or PayPal.

Invoices for the final 50% are issued on Day 7. If payment is not received within 5 business days of the launch-ready notification, we reserve the right to suspend staging access while the site remains in our name. We do not withhold your files or code — we simply delay DNS transfer.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified in writing. AED USD equivalents shown on our website are indicative only.

Delivery is 7 working days (Starter and Pro) or 10 working days (Pro+), counted from the day we receive both the signed contract and the 50% deposit — not from the date of the initial enquiry.

The 7-day timeline assumes your timely participation:

• Answering the 6-question brief within 24 hours of receipt
• Providing consolidated feedback within the windows specified in the project brief
• Approving content (text, images) by the deadline on Day 5

If you miss a feedback or approval deadline, the delivery timeline extends by one day for each day of delay. We will notify you of any slippage in writing (WhatsApp or email) on the same day it occurs. Delays caused by us are absorbed at no cost to you.

Force majeure (internet outages, service provider failures, acts of God) will be handled in good faith with mutual notification.

Every project includes two rounds of revisions:

• Round 1 (Day 2) — Visual direction. One consolidated round of feedback on the visual direction (colors, type, hero layout) before full design begins.
• Round 2 (Day 4) — Design polish. One consolidated round of feedback on the full Figma design across all pages before we begin coding.

"Consolidated" means all feedback in a single message or Figma comment batch — not multiple individual emails over several days. We will request consolidation if feedback arrives in fragments.

Revisions after Day 5 (once coding has begun) that require design changes are quoted as additional work. Minor text edits are always included at no extra charge throughout the project.

Scope changes — adding pages, features, or languages not in the original contract — will be quoted and agreed in writing before work begins. We don't surprise you with invoices; we don't proceed with surprises either.

On receipt of full payment, you own everything: the source code, design files (Figma), all written content we created, and the right to host and modify the site however you choose. We transfer all credentials (hosting, CMS, analytics, domain) to accounts you control on or before Day 7.

Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of Renvo Works. The site will not be pointed to your live domain until the final invoice is settled.

Portfolio rights: We reserve the right to display the completed website in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the project begins. We will never share confidential business information.

Third-party assets (fonts, icon sets, stock photos) are licensed for your use under the terms of their respective licenses. Responsibility for renewing or upgrading those licenses passes to you at handover.

The ROI guarantee is available on Pro and Pro+ packages only.

How "leads" are measured

A "lead" is defined as any of the following originating from the website:

• Contact form submission
• Phone call click (tracked via analytics or call-tracking link)
• Confirmed booking via the integrated booking system
• WhatsApp click-through from the site

Baseline

We measure your existing site's lead volume for the 7 days immediately before launch ("Baseline"). If you have no analytics in place, we agree on a written honest estimate together before launch.

Remedy

If the 30-day post-launch lead count is below the Baseline, we perform up to two additional rounds of changes within 60 days at no cost. This is not a cash refund — it is a commitment to continue working until the site outperforms its predecessor.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if:

• The Client has materially changed the site after launch without our involvement
• The Client has stopped running existing lead sources (e.g., shut down Google Ads) that contributed to the Baseline
• Seasonal demand is demonstrably responsible for a decline independent of the site
• Full payment has not been received

We offer a free, no-obligation homepage preview to prospective clients who submit the preview request form. The preview is:

• A single static image (screenshot) of a proposed homepage design for your business.
• Delivered via WhatsApp within 48 hours of your request.
• Yours to keep, with no obligation to purchase.

The preview does not constitute a contract, a proposal, or a guarantee of the final site's appearance. It is an illustration of our design approach applied to your brand.

We reserve the right to decline preview requests that are outside our target niches, that involve disqualifying characteristics (e.g., Google rating below 3.8), or where there is a high likelihood the project is not a good fit.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the project giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
• We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.).
• We are not responsible for the performance of third-party integrations (Stripe, Cal.com, Tabby, Tamara, WhatsApp) once configured and handed over.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the project in writing. The consequences depend on the stage reached:

If we terminate the project due to our own failure to deliver within the agreed timeline (excluding delays caused by the Client), we will refund the deposit in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.

Both parties agree that email or WhatsApp correspondence constitutes valid written communication for the purposes of these Terms.
