Renvo Works ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and development studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate the website renvoworks.com and deliver website design and development services to businesses primarily in the UAE.

For the purposes of UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and applicable data-protection regulations, Renvo Works is the data controller of the personal information described in this policy.

We collect information in two ways:

Information you give us directly

When you submit the free preview request form on our website, we collect:

• Business name — to identify the site we'll design.
• WhatsApp number — to send you the preview image and to follow up if you're interested.
• Current website URL (optional) — so we can understand what to improve.

When you email us directly at hello@renvoworks.com, we receive whatever information you include in that email.

Information collected automatically

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. Plausible counts page views and referrers using only aggregated, anonymised data. No cross-site tracking occurs and no data is sold to advertisers.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited — for security and uptime monitoring. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and are not linked to your identity.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and deliver the free homepage preview you requested.
• Contact you via WhatsApp to share the preview and answer follow-up questions.
• Respond to emails or enquiries you send us.
• Improve our services and understand how visitors use our site (via aggregated analytics only).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send unsolicited marketing beyond the context of your preview request. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will stop immediately.

Our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (delivering the preview you asked for) and, where required, your consent (sending follow-up messages). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@renvoworks.com.

We share your information only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate our service:

All third-party providers are contractually bound to process your data only for the purposes stated above and to maintain appropriate security standards.

We may disclose your information if required by UAE law, a court order, or a regulatory authority. We will notify you whenever legally permitted to do so.

Preview request data (business name, WhatsApp, website URL) is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. If you become a paying client, project-related data is retained for 5 years as required for financial record-keeping under UAE commercial law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your rights below).

renvoworks.com does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We use Plausible Analytics which is cookieless by design. There is no cookie consent banner because no cookies that require consent are set. Plausible does not track individuals, does not build profiles, and does not share data with advertising platforms.

If we ever add advertising tags (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) we will update this policy, add a cookie consent mechanism compliant with UAE regulations and GDPR, and obtain your consent before any tracking occurs.

Under UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and general privacy principles, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdrawal of consent — stop receiving messages from us at any time.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Our services are intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
